We traditionally make courtesy confirmation calls the day before appointments. If an appointment is confirmed directly, or a message is left and client is a “no show”, or cancels subsequently, a fee equal to 50% of services planned for that appointment may apply, but not to exceed $150. Extenuating circumstances are taken into consideration.
For the protection of clients and patients, treatments/services cannot be performed while their cell phones are turned on. Phones must remain off while treatments/services are in progress.
